Rhubarb grows really fast, about an inch per day. And because it grows out from a ‘crown’, the stalks are very close together. Which means they rub alongside each other. causing squeaks and creaks. The buds, also make a popping noise as they split. And because it happens so fast, there’s a recordable sound!
